Smile Internet does not sell, rent, or lease email addresses and does not share private information with others.

Smile reserves the right, however, to disclose Customer information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Smile; or (b) protect and defend the rights of Smile; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect a Customer's personal safety and the personal safety of other Smile customers and the public.

Smile takes reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of its Customers' information, account information, and personal communications consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of Smile.
